No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. All products are final sale, including custom-cut turf, accessories, and putting-green products.
Review before paying
Confirm the SKU, fixed roll width, cut lengths, piece quantities, purchased area, delivery ZIP, and total. Custom-cut turf is produced to the dimensions on the confirmed order and cannot be resold as a standard stock item.
Order cancellations
Contact us immediately if you believe you made an error. Cutting and fulfillment may begin promptly, so cancellation is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in writing by DeliverTurf.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, contact the turf team with your order reference, a description, and photos. We will review the issue and any remedy required by law.
Your legal rights
This final-sale policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law. A warranty claim or an approved exception is not a general right to return an order.
