When you are charged
Payment is processed when you complete Square checkout. An order is not considered paid until Square confirms the transaction. Declined or incomplete payments do not authorize fulfillment.
Currency & order total
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Review the final amount shown at checkout, including material, delivery, discounts, and applicable taxes, before authorizing payment.
Billing questions
For a payment question, message the turf team with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Never include a full card number. Refunds are not provided except where required by law or approved in writing.
