Information used
Quote requests may include email and project notes. Orders include email, delivery ZIP, exact cuts, pricing, and fulfillment details. Payment information is handled by Square and is not placed in analytics events.
Analytics choices
Commerce events use stable item IDs, quantities, and value. They exclude names, email, full street address, payment details, and raw ZIP where a coarse eligibility result is sufficient. Purchase events are deduplicated by order ID.
Service providers
We use service providers as needed to operate the storefront, process payments, send order messages, and fulfill orders. Square processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Records & your choices
Order and support records are retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. For access, correction, or deletion questions, message the turf team and choose the privacy topic.
